Danielle Holly

Manager of Employee Engagement

imageDanielle Holly serves as the Manager of Employee Engagement at Common Impact. In this capacity, Danielle is responsible for managing the relationships between our volunteer networks and nonprofit clients. She is responsible for working with interested volunteers and supporting our consultants throughout their engagements with nonprofit clients. Danielle also manages teams of volunteers who help to implement capacity building projects for our nonprofit clients.

Danielle comes to Common Impact after working in the private sector for a brokerage firm in New York City. In this role, she was responsible for managing and maintaining broker and client relationships and overseeing charitable donations. Danielle also has several years of experience in the nonprofit community as a marketing and communications coordinator for United Student for Fair Trade, where she was responsible for all nonprofit and volunteer outreach and as a Graduate Consultant to Viet-AID, where she developed a business plan for the development of a social enterprise to help diversify the organization's resources.

Danielle has earned her B.A. in Journalism at Fordham University and an MBA in Marketing and International Management from Boston University.
