    Common Impact is looking for a talented new employee to help build cross-sector connections. As our Associate Consultant, you will improve the effectiveness of high-potential nonprofits, manage teams of skilled volunteers who will execute a project for your own nonprofit clients and foster relationships amongst all constituents as we expand our service offerings and grow the organization. The Associate Consultant will facilitate relationships between nonprofits and volunteer teams, build community amongst corporate volunteer teams, identify high-potential nonprofits, help Common Impact Consultants to solve nonprofit business challenges, and assist the consulting team develop and scale our services.
