CEO, MY TURN

Steve Pratt is CEO of MY TURN, a community-based nonprofit youth development agency working with 14 to 21 year-old in-school and out-of-school youths who are at a crossroad in their lives. Prior to MY TURN, Pratt served as president of Boston After School & Beyond, a partnership of the City of Boston, the local philanthropic community, and the city's business and civic leadership to design and implement a comprehensive youth development strategy for the children of Boston. Pratt has over two decades of experience in the youth development field, having run two direct service organizations and a scholarship foundation. He has also had a role in the founding of six nonprofit organizations as either CEO or board member.
