Christine Letts

Senior Associate Dean for Executive Education, Harvard Kennedy School

Chris has held management positions in the private, public, and social sectors, and is the author of High Performance Nonprofit Organizations: Managing Upstream for Greater Impact. At Harvard's Kennedy School of Government, she manages the Executive Education department and teaches courses in nonprofit leadership to both degree and Executive Education students.

Chris is also a member of the Board of Directors of Peace Games and Management Sciences for Health. She was recipient of the ALANA (African Americans, Latinos, Asian Pacific Americans, Native Americans, and Allies) Diversity Award in 2004 for her commitment and contribution to racial and ethnic diversity in her teaching at the Kennedy School of Government. She holds a degree in history from Connecticut College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
