Jeanne O'Connor-Green is a seasoned training and organizational development professional with over twenty-five years experience in performance analysis, learning design, development, project management, strategy implementation, merger strategy, and results measurement. A hands-on leader, recognized for focusing on implementing change to improve performance and business results, she has worked extensively in the petrochemical industry in the South and Southwest parts of the United States before joining State Street Corporation in early 2004. Ms. O'Connor-Green is an active member of several professional organizations and has served as President of the Houston Chapter of the American Society for Training and Development as well as the Houston Chapter of the International Society for Performance Improvement.
