Tina McKinney

Katina (Tina) McKinney is currently a VP of Management Effectiveness at Fidelity Investments. She leads the HR team for the Fidelity's Fixed Income business as well as the Asset Management Technology division. Tina joined Fidelity in 2006 after holding a variety of Human Resources positions in Banking. Most recently Tina was the VP of Compensation for Bank of America's Wealth and Investment Management division. In this role, she provided compensation leadership for Columbia Management and the Premier & Brokerage Investments division. Her primary accomplishment was the creation of a mutual fund award program whereby investment managers received shares of the funds they managed instead of corporate shares.

Prior to Bank of America, Tina was the Director of HR for the FleetBoston Financial Corporate Lending division and the Capital Markets groups. She also managed the international arm for these groups and oversaw the FleetBoston London HR team. Tina also played a critical role in the integration of BankBoston with Fleet Financial, managing the HR team for the combination of HR practices.

At BankBoston, Tina was in a variety of roles including Learning & Development where she managed the corporate Orientation program. She was also an Employee Relations specialist supporting the Private Banking group.

Tina lives in the suburban Boston area with her husband, three children, and Jack, the family dog.
