Bill Matson

Chief Human Resource Officer, Analog Devices

William Matson joined Analog Devices as the head of Human Resources in November 2006, bringing a wealth of experience in organizational structure, leadership development and human resources operational infrastructure.

Prior to joining Analog Devices, Mr. Matson was the first Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Lenovo, establishing the company as a global enterprise after the acquisition of IBM's PC business in December 2004. Prior to his role with Lenovo, Mr. Matson worked at IBM where he held various Human Resources over the course of his 23-year tenure.

Mr. Matson earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University in Industrial and Labor Relations. He lives in Dover, MA with his wife Donna and has two children currently in university in Boston. He is a member of the HR Policy Association and the HR Policy Institute.
