Gary Cormier

Co-Founder/Vice President of Talent Solutions, My Perfect Gig


Gary has 23 years' experience in Human Resources, the last 9 of which have been at an executive management level and is responsible for sales at My Perfect Gig. Gary spent his first 15 years in HR at Lotus Development Corporation, including four years after it was then acquired by IBM Corporation back in 1995. From there, Gary joined BrassRing, a successful Applicant Tracking System company, where he initially led the HR function but then took over and grew both the consulting services business & a Recruitment Services Outsourcing business, both of which delivered high quality solutions to clients with challenging recruitment needs.

Gary holds a double BA Degree in Biology and English Literature from Assumption College, along with a Masters Degree in Pastoral Counseling/Theology from Weston Divinity School in Cambridge. Gary currently sits on the Advisory Board of KGA, Inc., a successful HR consulting firm in this area. He brings a unique combination of experience to the HR function, both as an advisor as well as practitioner. Gary's career has been focused on consulting, selling and delivering human resources services and solutions to the HR marketplace; he is also experienced as a marketplace presenter on various HR topics.
